Dr Martin Szeto is a distinguished executive and educator with a proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and meaningful change on a global scale. His career spans decades, marked by leadership roles in both corporate and academic settings.

Currently, Dr Szeto serves as the CEO of the Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Foundation (DIDF), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering social impact through inclusive dialogue experiences. Under his leadership, DIDF has expanded its reach and impact, showcasing the talents of people with differences and promoting innovative projects that create lasting change.

In addition to his work at DIDF, Dr Szeto is a Professor of Practice in Corporate Governance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he shares his expertise in technology implications, strategic management, and leadership. Prior to his current roles, Dr Szeto held senior executive positions at leading organizations such as the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and multinational corporations like Microban, Huntsman, and Woolmark. In these roles, he consistently delivered exceptional results, driving double-digit growth through strategic planning, market expansion, B2B marketing and building high-performance teams.

He actively supports university mentorship programs and serves as a school manager for primary and secondary schools.
