Biography
Dr. Lam grew up in Hong Kong and graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Before joining HKU, Dr. Lam taught at Yale-NUS College in Singapore.
His research focuses on how matching, search and informational frictions affect market competition.
