About the Institute

HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute, a strategic collaboration between The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), aspires to establish as a world-class hub for Environmental, Social, and Governance best practices for Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. Bringing together distinguished global scholars from diverse fields, our mission is to foster a multidisciplinary approach to ESG research and training, as well as to forge partnerships with private and public sectors for sustainability initiatives and responsible leadership advocacy.

As a leading institute in ESG research, we are dedicated to creating meaningful, lasting impact through pioneering studies, actionable insights, ESG index development, start-up incubation and transformative projects. Our objective is to equip the next generation of ESG professionals and leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote responsible and sustainable growth.

在变幻莫测的世界中探索香港金融服务业的发展

金融服务业一直是本港的支柱产业，占本地生产总值的比重连年上升。尽管如此，近年来金融服务业亦面对多方面的挑战，包括来自区内不同金融中心的竞争、 紧张的地缘政治局势、 金融科技崛起、 成本上涨、 日益严格的合规以及环境、社会及管治（ESG）的要求。世界分秒在变，香港金融服务业应如何迎接新机遇和挑战，保持灵活，持续创新？是次由港大经管学院与金融学院合办的讲座邀请了四位来自银行、证券和保险业界的资深从业员，分享如何于业内保持领先的亲身经验。


讲者

郭国全先生
金融学院行政总裁

郭国全先生自2008年11月起出任香港大学经济及工商管理学院名誉高级研究员，现出任金融学院行政总裁。郭先生曾任香港特别行政区政府经济顾问（2004 – 2008）及渣打银行东亚区总经济师（1991 – 2004）。

郭先生曾在多个香港政府的委员会服务，范畴涵盖城市规划、土地房屋、楼宇建筑、工业贸易、货币金融系统、竞争、区域经济合作、科技科研、教育培训、民航、港口及海运服务，以及交通和环境。

他于1999年获香港特别行政区政府授予铜紫荆星章，以及于2003年获任命为太平绅士，以表彰他对公共事务之贡献。他于2007年获颁发香港大学社会科学学院「四十位杰出社科人」荣誉。

郭先生持有香港大学社会科学学士、香港中文大学经济学硕士及香港大学公共行政学硕士等学位。

 

郭佩芳女士
中国建设银行(亚洲)常务副行长兼执行董事

郭女士现为中国建设银行(亚洲)常务副行长兼执行董事。郭女士服务中国建设银行(亚洲)超过37年。在2013年7月中国建设银行就香港业务进行整合，把建行(亚洲)及香港分行业务合并之前，郭女士为中国建设银行(亚洲)行政总裁兼首席执行官。郭女士乃中国建设银行(亚洲)高管层及执行务委员会成员，协助管理银行事务及企业管治。

郭女士在银行界的仕途由1984年加入美国银行集团成为管理培训生开始，先后任职多个部门，经验广博。1996年郭女士由美国银行集团内部调职至美国银行（亚洲）(于2006年12月更名为建行（亚洲）)，并晋升为首席信贷官及高级副总裁，负责信贷批核及评估、特殊资产处理、贷款催收、信贷政策及流程制定等。郭女士于2005年起出任中国建设银行(亚洲)首席风险官，专责管理信贷、市场及营运风险。此外，郭女士同时主理合规部、内部监控部及公司秘书处。于2008年至2010年期间，郭女士为中国建设银行(亚洲)个人银行业务主管，负责香港及澳门之零售银行、信用卡及财富管理业务。

郭女士现任香港银行学会副会长、财务汇报局董事，并担任外汇基金咨询委员会辖下的金融基建及市场发展委员会委员、香港出口信用保险局咨询委员会之委员、空运牌照局成员及司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会委员。

郭女士于1984年获得由香港大学颁发之社会科学荣誉学士学位，主修经济及管理学，另于2001年7月获得由美国零售银行家公会颁发的零售银行管理荣誉毕业文凭。

 

丁晨女士
南方东英资产管理有限公司总裁

丁晨女士现担任南方东英资产管理有限公司总裁一职，其于2010年6月加入公司并领导南方东英成为全球最大的人民币合格境外机构投资者(RQFII）基金管理公司。丁女士于2003年至2013年任南方基金管理有限公司助理总裁和董事总经理职务。其在南方基金任职期间，发行了中国第一只也是国内最大的合资格境内机构投资者（QDII）基金，成功打造了南方基金的QDII业务。丁晨女士亦被《亚洲资产管理》评选为2013年亚洲最佳CEO。

丁晨女士除了兼任香港中资基金业协会永远名誉会长一职，积极促进中资资产管理机构之间的良性互动并提倡建立优质的业界规范，也是香港金融发展局董事及内地机遇小组召集人。此外，她担任中国证券投资基金业协会国际商务委员会的联席主席。

 

郏京炜先生
瑞再企商保险有限公司大中华区首席执行官

郏京炜先生在瑞再企商保险有限公司担任大中华区首席执行官，负责中国内地、香港、台湾和澳门市场。他在瑞士再保险集团服务15余年，并在多个重要市场担任过不同的高级管理职位。

郏先生曾于2013年调任位于新加坡的瑞再企商亚洲总部，负责亚洲范围内的收购合并。在2015年，他牵头负责收购项目并成立瑞再企商中国。

此前，郏先生在瑞士再保险美国总部、北京和伦敦分公司的关键业务部门包括业务发展和核保部门担任过一系列要职。

郏先生于2003年在伦敦政治经济学院获得风险管理和监管硕士学位。他在2006年获得美国特许财产意外险核保师的称号。

房育辉教授
港大经管学院副院长（硕士课程）
管理及商业策略、经济学教授

房育辉教授主要研究企业管理和战略以及经济学。他在经济学和战略领域拥有丰富的工商管理学硕士、高级工商管理硕士以及高层管理教育的教学经验。加入香港大学之前，房教授曾于美国西北大学凯洛格商学院及香港科技大学商学院任教。房教授于香港中文大学获得经济学学士及硕士学位，于美国波士顿大学获得经济学博士学位。他曾于2017年荣获香港科技大学富兰克林优秀教学奖（MBA必修课程），并于2013年、2014年及2016年入围此奖项。

房教授是《理论经济学期刊》（B.E. Journal of Theoretical Economics）的编辑以及《国际产业组织期刊》（International Journal of Industrial Organization）的副编辑。他的研究成果常在各类国际知名的学术期刊上发表。

房教授亦为壳牌石油和国际铂金协会等公司提供咨询服务，并担任经济咨询公司Compass LexEcon的学术团队成员。
