世上真的有”免费午餐”吗?一些网购平台容许消费者撰写评论时,以自愿性质披露产品是否由商家免费送赠或提供折扣。这些免费标签评论占比不高,但后续引发的连锁效应,却能促进一些评论匮乏的网上社群活跃起来。当免费标签评论不够客观时,会激发在线社群的自我调整机制,促使更多用户发表更充分、公正的评论。相比于聘请专家撰写评论,自愿披露政策能以较低成本有效提升评论社区的活力。
