Dr Yulei Luo

The Faculty Outstanding Researcher Award was established to honour and reward faculty members for having done excellent research and achieved international recognition in the field of business and economics.

In 2018-19, Dr. Yulei Luo received the Award for his exceptional research accomplishments with international recognition. The Selection Committee acknowledges the high quality and quantity of Dr Luo’s research publications, and his important contributions through novel research during his service with the University of Hong Kong.

港大经管学院研究发现疫后工作倦怠比率急增1.7倍 创新措施有助减轻员工压力和提升顾客服务质素
港大经管学院行为与决策科学研究所与香港优质顾客服务协会合作进行了一系列研究,研究对象涵盖约 1,000 名公私营服务业员工。研究发现,疫后员工出现工作倦怠的比率较疫情前增加了1.7倍。 有快乐的员工才有快乐的顾客:本次研究旨在确认引致员工出现工作倦怠的压力来源,以及评估企业推行各种支援措施的成效,研究结果反映一些创新措施能够支援员工的心理健康,包括显著减轻压力和改善其身心健康,从而提升顾客体验并增强公司竞争力。研究亦提供了建议方针来设立支援措施,以缓解员工压力并促进一个更健康、更投入的工作团队。

The Third KPMG ESG Case Study Competition
We are thrilled to announce that our students have won the Third Prize in The Third KPMG ESG Case Study Competition. The competition, jointly organised by HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute, KPMG China, and Renmin University, aims to enhance students' ability to analyse ESG business cases, foster a meaningful dialogue among students, businesses, and society, and pave the way for sustainable development.
