Biography
Dr. Ng received her degree of Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, M.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Houston, and B.A. degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Dr. Ng has worked in the private sector providing human capital advisory consulting services, in-house training, and people development and provided management consultancy to organizations on customer satisfaction and service strategies.
